- Work Unit refers to the section of the division that you are assigned to (i.e., landside operations, airside operations, building maintenance, fleet).
- Immediate Supervisor refers to the person to whom you directly report.
- Division Leadership includes your division director, assistant director, managers, and supervisors.
- Executive Team Includes the following positions: Chief Executive Officer (Haley Gentry), Chief Financial Officer (Michael Hill), Chief Infrastructure Officer (Jack Christine), Chief Operations Officer (Jerome Woodard), Chief Business & Innovation Officer (Ted Kaplan), Strategy Director (Katie McCoy), Organizational and Talent Development Director (Natasha Jefferies), and Lead Counsel (Elizabeth Smithers).
Your responses will remain completely confidential. The raw survey database will not be available to the City or anyone other than the project management team from ETC Institute. ETC Institute will not release any data tabulations or databases in any format which could reveal the identity of individual respondents.
Guidance on open-ended comments. To protect the confidentiality of the respondents to the survey, ETC Institute reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to redact and/or withhold from publication any defamatory, slanderous or indecorous remarks against an individual, and any comments that may constitute a personal attack on another employee, officer, agent, contractor, resident or member of the public.
